Teen Yoga Program
Each class will incorporate breathing exercises, yoga postures and savasana. Themes for the series will cover yoga for managing stress & anxiety, practices that support athletic performance and recovery and how yoga can help balance moods, improve confidence and help with sleep. Students will explore functional anatomy as they work through poses to develop balance, flexibility and strength. The series is open to students of all levels of fitness. Variations will be offered for each posture to allow students to work at their own level, adapting the practice to best meet their individual needs and goals.
