POWER HOUR - CARDIO & WEIGHT TRAINING 

2021 FALL SESSION

 

Class Format:

Instructor uses a variety of equipment and exercises to keep workouts interesting & challenging.


One-hour workout combines moderate/high intensity cardio training and weights which strengthens, conditions, tones and defines muscles providing the ultimate training workout wraps up with stretching.  Ages 16+.

 

Equipment Required:

Participants must abide by the Fallston Rec Council COVID Guidelines.

 

Bring your own water and exercise mat. 


You are asked to wear comfortable clothing (sneakers are mandatory). 


Equipment such as hand weights, weight bars, exercise balls & strength bands are provided.  When needed, we have a limited number of steps available for particpants on a first come basis.  

 

Participants will be asked to sanitize equipment after each use.

 

Nonvaccinated particpiants should follow the CDC and Fallston Rec mask guidance.


When:

Program meets 6:30PM - 7:30PM on Mondays & Wednesdays at the Chenowith Activity Center in the activity room/cafeteria.


Monday, September 13th through Wednesday, December 15th.

 

No class Thanskgiving Week.

 

Costs: 

25 Sessions - $140.
