AEROBICS - STEP & WEIGHT TRAINING 

WINTER 2019 AND SPRING 2019 SESSIONS

 

Class Format:

One-hour workout combines moderate/high intensity cardio training utilizing a step and weights which strengthens, conditions, tones and defines muscles providing the ultimate training workout! Classes will also include abdominal work and stretching at the end of each class.  Ages 16+.

 

Equipment Required:

You are asked to wear comfortable clothing (sneakers are mandatory). Bring with you a bottle of water.  Participants are encouraged to bring their own exercise mat for personal use.  We have a limited number of steps available for participants on first come basis.  Other equipment such as weights are provided. 

 

When:

Program meets Mondays & Wednesdays (6:30-7:30p.m.) at the Chenowith Activity Center 

Winter Session:  Monday, January 7th through Wednesday, February 27th. No class on Monday 1/21 - FRC is closed for the MLK holiday.

Spring Session: Monday, March 4th through Wednesday, May 2nd. No classes on Monday 3/25 & Wednesday 3/27 (instructor not available).

 

Costs: 

Winter Session: 8 calendar weeks, 15 sessions - $75 for both days; $60 for one day/week. 

Spring Session: 12 calendar weeks, 22 sessions - $110 for both days; $90 for one day/week.
