FALL 2018 


Class Format:

One-hour workout combines moderate/high intensity cardio training utilizing a step and weights which strengthens, conditions, tones and defines muscles providing the ultimate training workout! Classes will also include abdominal work and relaxation/stretching at the end of each class.  Ages 16+.


Equipment Required:

You are asked to wear comfortable clothing (sneakers are mandatory).  Bring with you a bottle of water.  Participants are encouraged to bring their own exercise mat for personal use.  We have a limited number of steps available for participants on first come basis.  Other equipment such as weights are provided. 



Program meets Mondays & Wednesdays (6:30-7:30p.m.) at the Chenowith Activity Center 

Fall Session:  Monday, September 10th through Wednesday, December 19th. WE will take a 5 session break from Wed 10/17-10/31, starting back up on 11/5. No class on Mon 11/12 and Wed 11/21 - FRC is closed for the holiday.



6 calendar weeks, 23 sessions - $155 for both days; $90 for one day/week.
