Aerobics - Step
Come join in the fat burning fun! Start with weights for muscle endurance and toning exercises on the floor and using a step. Continue with hi-energy step aerobics using basic and complex step movements. Enjoy getting fit!
New session starts July 26th and will run until September 1st. Registration will be held on July 26th, starting at 6:30. Classes are held on Monday from 6:30-7:30 PM and Wednesday from 7:00-8:00 PM at the Chenowith Activities Center. The cost is $45.00.
NOTE: A step is NOT needed to participate, but is helpful in achieving the maximum benefits of the class, all participants are required to be 16 years old or older.
